Shipping Policy
Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.
Standard worldwide shipping: 5-10 days to arrive.
The shipping fee is $6.95 within US and between $8 and $18 in the rest of world. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80.
We ship orders from our warehouses in the US, Europe, and Asia. We always check which warehouse is closest to your shipping address, and if the item is not available there, we will ship it from the location where the item is in stock.
We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS)
Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist.
If a courier is unable to deliver a package due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one is available to receive the order), it is the customer's responsibility to claim the package from the courier or arrange for redelivery. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or any associated delays.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we start processing and can no longer cancel. You can still return your order once you receive it.

Yes we offer one FREE exchange for the same or other product. An exchange is a final purchase and cannot be returned.
Defective items MUST be reported within 2 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please submit a return request through our returns portal and select 'Item was damaged' as the return reason. You will need to upload a photo evidencing the damaged item for the request to be approved.
Please note that the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion allows for a one-time free exchange, but it is not possible to return either item for a refund. This ensures you can swap sizes if needed, but returning the 1+1 items is not permitted.
During our Pre-Black Friday to New Year Sale, which runs from November 19th to January 7th, orders are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds will not be issued for items purchased during this promotional period.
If your item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size.
We currently offer domestic returns with a return label in the following countries:
United States - United Kingdom - Australia - Canada - France - Germany - Ireland- Netherlands - Belgium - Austria
For customers outside these countries, we’re happy to accept returns in our portal, but you’ll need to send the items back using your own courier to our designated warehouse. To submit a return please click here
Returns are only free when choosing store credit or an exchange.
If you intentionally reject the delivery of your order without prior agreement with our customer service team, please note that this causes significant costs related to shipping, handling, and restocking.
Therefore, if an order is deliberately refused upon delivery, we will deduct 30% of the order amount as a fee to cover these costs before issuing any refund.
To avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask that you accept your order and contact our customer support team if you wish to return it according to our return policy.
